Loren is a St. John's University Alumni with a Bachelors degree in legal studies. She has worked as a Real Estate paralegal in Manhattan for over 12 years. Despite enjoying her work as a paralegal she has always yearned to be an entrepreneur and to have a business where she would be able to explore her creative side. "I have always been a "hands-on" "DIY-er" with a passion for home design & decorating and I love being able to coordinate a renovation for a client. The look on their faces when everything is complete brings me so much joy & satisfaction." 

Vincenzo Careri

Vincenzo learned the tile installation trade during his teenage years in Italy and under the supervision of his older siblings he perfected the craft while here in the U.S. Being quite a perfectionist in his trade, he continues to install tile for his clients as he always wants to make sure that they are more than satisfied with the end result. "When I install a floor in someone's home, I treat it as if it were my own home paying attention to every detail. Over the years I have seen so many jobs where people would cut corners and I could never understand why. I always prefer to take a little more time on a job to make sure that everything is completed as it should be."

An Idea is Born

"Our Casa Careri Home Designs journey started with Vincenzo [Enzo] asking me to join him one evening to take a look at renovation job. While there I was contributing to the meeting, providing some ideas and input to the client on how to go about the renovation. From that point on Enzo would bring me from job to job and that's when we came up with the idea to meld our skills and passions and create our company. We truly enjoy collaborating with our clients and with each other, and our clients love that we are to be able to provide them with a full service experience.

Giving our Clients More

We pride ourselves in providing our expert services and quality products to our clients. We decided to introduce SPAR Arreda Italian Kitchen Cabinetry to the New York & Florida market for so many reasons. The first and most important reason is the quality. These Italian kitchens are not only made well, but they standardly come equipped with industry leading hardware which make them a pleasure to have in your home.  

The second reason is for the diversity of style. SPAR Arreda has created a variety of beautiful cabinet styles which can be easily customizable.

The third reason, which is just as important as the first two is affordability. SPAR Arreda has a kitchen line to suit everyone's needs and being able to work with our clients' budgets is very important for us.
